Microsoft is doing series „How we did it“ and it is something I’m quite missing in Lotus community – the success stories (and I mean something different than references) which goes more in details. Some of them are better and more deep while others just flying on top of the problem. Anyway, I like it.
Customers are usually more than happy that you’ll do it for them and partners maybe will use your knowhow than fiddle with it on their own. But it is a bit about fair play as well.
