Consulting Salesforce is just getting harder and harder. Some things work only in Salesforce Classic while other only in Lightning Experience – that’s the impression I got from Winter ’17 release notes.

The reporting features in Salesforce are a bit limited and I think that even with Wave you cannot achieve things Keboola will allow you to do. It is pretty clear why – Keboola Connection is not a typical BI solution, it is more a toolkit to blend your existing data, enhance them and find some hidden gems in them.
Salesforce Service Cloud nebo SupportBox?
Service desk (také helpdesk) = jediné kontaktní místo mezi poskytovatelem služeb a uživateli. Typický service desk spravuje incidenty a požadavky na službu a obstarává komunikaci s uživateli.

Historie vzniku firmy Salesforce z pohledu jejího zakladatele. Pro mě současně nejlepší marketingová kniha, kde jsem na spoustu nápadů souhlasně kýval hlavou (a nadával, že je nikdo nemá odvahu zkusit) a nad mnohými obdivně a s respektem kroutil hlavou. Krátké kapitoly, které přečtete než metro přejede mezi stanicemi.
Pokročilé reporty v Salesforce
No jo, ale my potřebujeme ty filtry hodně složité, to určitě Salesforce nezvládne, v té naší aplikace se to vyvíjelo měsíc, to je hrozně komplikované.
Nebojte, i tohle SF zvládne.
