Any ideas what to see and do in New Zealand?
I prepared a few first point of interests where I want to stop and see or do something but here must be a lot more - could you recommend something?
As far as our main focus is on kayaking, we are also looking for some nice hikking tracks, wonderful and interesting nature or even worth seeing cities or museums. And we thought about some kayaking race.
We have 2 months from January till March, which should be enough time so gets your ideas flowing.

Hi Martin, check out the Nelson Lakes area ({ Link } ) and Abel Tasman National Park ({ Link } both have some great walking tracks, you can do your kayaking (sea kayaking is very popular around Abel Tasman) and they should both be able to provide you with a good range of activities for variety.
